Trusted by the community and acknowledged by local leaders as well as educational institutions, she began her journey over a decade ago by teaching children on the streets of Mathare Kosovo. Formerly a social worker at a children’s home in Mathare, it was during this time that she met Godfrey and Daniel. She holds the distinction of being the first woman from the Mathare Hospital Ward to become a school director—a remarkable achievement in a context traditionally dominated by men.
